1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Case Tracker for US Immigration mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), which are owned and operated by IMK Technologies (“IMK Technologies”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IMK Technologies.
2. Description of the Service
Case Tracker for US Immigration is an informational and organizational tool intended to assist users in tracking and managing U.S. immigration case information. The Service may present publicly available case status information, user-entered data, timeline views, reminders, and notifications related to U.S. immigration processes, including cases handled by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the National Visa Center (NVC), and U.S. embassies or consulates.
The Service is designed solely to help users organize and view immigration-related information in a simplified format. The Service does not create, submit, modify, or influence any government records or decisions.
3. No Government Affiliation
Case Tracker for US Immigration is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the U.S. government or any government agency, including but not limited to USCIS, the National Visa Center (NVC), the U.S. Department of State, or any U.S. embassy or consulate.
Any references to government agencies, forms, processes, or statuses are used strictly for descriptive and informational purposes.
4. No Legal or Immigration Advice
The Service does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or official guidance of any kind. Information presented through the Service is not intended to replace professional legal counsel, accredited immigration representatives, or official government communications.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for consulting appropriate professionals or official government sources regarding your immigration matters.
5. User Responsibilities and Acknowledgements
By using the Service, you acknowledge that immigration case information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or subject to change without notice. You agree that you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information displayed by the Service through official government channels.
You further acknowledge that the Service is a convenience tool and should not be relied upon as your sole source of information for time-sensitive or legally significant decisions.
6. Data Storage and Privacy
Case Tracker for US Immigration is designed to keep your case information on your device. We do not require you to create an account or upload your case data to our servers in order to use the Service’s core features.
Any network requests are limited to fetching publicly available information or enabling optional features. We do not sell, rent, or trade your case data.
If you enter a receipt number, we use it only to request case status updates from the USCIS Case Status API and to show those updates in the app. We do not use receipt numbers for advertising, marketing, or analytics.
7. Data Sources and Accuracy Disclaimer
The Service may display or organize information obtained from publicly available government sources, user-provided inputs, and user-initiated access to third-party websites. IMK Technologies does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of any information presented.
Government systems may experience delays, outages, or changes beyond our control, and IMK Technologies assumes no responsibility for such issues.
8. Notifications and Alerts
The Service may offer optional notifications and alerts related to case status updates. These notifications are provided solely as a convenience feature. IMK Technologies does not guarantee that notifications will be delivered in a timely manner, or at all, and users remain responsible for independently monitoring their cases through official channels.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not attempt to misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the Service or its functionality.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software associated with the Service are the exclusive property of IMK Technologies or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of any portion of the Service is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMK Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed deadlines, or immigration-related outcomes.
12. Termination
IMK Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed harmful to the Service or its users.
13. Changes to These Terms
IMK Technologies may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
